Marian Waldron

Marian Waldron has lived in the Winter Park area for more than eighteen years, and has been a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker since 1995.

Since 2002, she has been awarded either the International Diamond Society or the President’s Circle awards, which puts her in the elite tier of Coldwell Banker agents, the top 4% to 10% worldwide. Marian’s success comes from her love of real estate – looking at, buying, and selling Winter Park condos, townhomes, and mountain homes.

She loves meeting new clients and showing them around the beautiful mountain valley, and her professional philosophy is “to find the perfect property for each client, and to make the purchase or sale a fun and exciting adventure.” She also prides herself on “being as accessible and forthright as possible.”

Born and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia, Marian was drawn to Winter Park for the skiing and hiking. She and her husband David Garamella and her daughter Jessica, age sixteen, also enjoy sailing. Marian’s ultimate goal is to live in Winter Park in the summers and Mexico in the winters – the perfect lifestyle of mountains and beaches.

Marian is a member of the Grand County Board of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. As part of her commitment to volunteer work, she spent five years on the Fraser Planning Commission and two years on the Board of Realtor Scholarship Ads.
